Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 24, delivered the next working day after dispatch. Tracked 24 costs £6.99 for most orders, and from £4.99 for smaller items. The exact price is shown at checkout before you pay.

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, then delivery usually takes 3-5 working days to Europe, 7-10 working days to the USA and 5-12 working days to the rest of the world. The delivery price for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

Live ants are sent to UK addresses only, by next-day delivery. We dispatch live ants on any day of the week. The delivery price is shown at checkout before you pay.

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by emailing enquiries@antfarmsupplies.com with your order number, and we will confirm by email that we have received it.

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning them. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of you telling us, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the goods are back with us, or you have shown proof of postage, before refunding. Any extra cost of choosing a faster delivery than our cheapest standard option is not refunded.

We can take off the value of any loss caused by handling the goods more than is needed to check them. Some items cannot be returned or exchanged for legal reasons, and we will tell you if that applies to your order. The full wording is in section 8 of our terms and conditions.
